Late Check Out: only on request, at the latest by 10:00: € 20.00.

Tourist tax

To be paid at the Residence, in cash, according to the seasonality imposed by the municipal administration.

Deposit of € 150 with visa / mastercard or cash upon delivery of the key.

Electricity, water, gas, wifi connection in the common areas, a parking space for apartment, First supply of linen and towels, max. N. 1 beach umbrella with two sunbeds per apartment in the swimming pool area.

Services excluded

Air conditioning/heating not available.  Extra supply sheets/ towels € 8/5 per day per person. Covered garage € 42 per week on request and availability. Baby cots (max. Age 3 years) € 19.00 per week. Pets € 9 per day. Extra sunbeds € 10 per week.

The apartment must be left clean and tidy.
